Gifts ordered online will be processed as quickly as possible. Typically orders will ship the next business day after the order is placed. Our delivery service will deliver between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. If an order is placed on Friday after noon, over a weekend, or on a statutory holiday, the order will be shipped out the following business day.
We Make Deliveries Feel Special!
The day your order is placed, we will contact your recipient by phone, to let them know they have a special gift arriving. We actually set up a delivery date, and let them know when to expect the gift. We will confirm the address and make any adjustments needed to be sure the gift arrival is convenient for them.

Please note, during busy holiday times we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
Deliveries will not be made to a postal box. All Apartment's must have a phone number with the order or they can not be shipped.
Rush orders with same day deliveries can be accommodated by adding another $25 to the regular delivery fee. We cannot guarantee all items within the requested gift will be available on same day orders.
We will always replace an item that is out of stock with the same quality product of same value.
There is no cost for pick-up, but we do ask that you call ahead of time.

Baskets ordered to be shipped, typically will ship the day after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified. For Canadian wide shipping we would prefer to ship Mondays-Thursdays to ensure the package arrives as fresh as possible during the same week.
We use Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator or UPS to ship out of province shipments. Cost will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Costs will vary from $25.00-$30.00 Please note that shipping costs are estimated. We will work to package the gift baskets in the most efficient means possible, thereby keeping shipping costs as low as possible.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. If a basket is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship the parcel, at your request and at your expense. If a recipient does not responded to a delivery calls and a text, we will contact you.
